UX & UI Design

 End users should always be the heart & center of design. My UX approach is rooted in constant questioning of “norms” & effective solutions, married with visually stunning front-end designs. Using data-driven user insights, I am prepared to craft designs, flows, sitemaps, wireframes & interactive prototypes.

UI Design
UI (User Interface) design is what gives a user the first impression of a site or mobile app. These days, the average attention span is less than 3 seconds, which means that first impressions are more important now than ever.

With my technical background & years of experience, I specialize in creating beautiful and functional interface designs for various digital solutions. I believe that creativity and visual design is an important pairing to a strong I.A. and interaction design.

Rapid Prototyping
Prototyping creates windows for better communication and collaboration for both end users & development teams. Prototyping also simulates real user interactions & even micro-interactions creating the initial setup for what the finished product will actually look & feel like. Getting a functioning prototype into users’ hands as quickly as possible also allows for feedback and insight gathering. 
Wireframes & UX flows

Whether designing a website, mobile app, or physical product/service, creating in-depth visual flows & comprehensive design files is crucial piece of any process. Additionally, creating responsive or adaptive designs can be critical to the long-term success of a product.

When you work with me, you are guarunteed access to a full-fledged design file filled with wireframes at the end of our project.

UX Research & Analysis

User research gives insights into customer’s behavioral changes over time. This also provides the ability to make informed design (and business) decisions faster, with more confidence. The benefits of using in-depth data to personalize experiences, translates into increased purchases and brand affinity.

Customer Journey Mapping
Customer journey mapping is a powerful method to visualize and discover the ways end users experience and engage with products and services. Paired with Personas (user & stakeholder profiles), customer journey maps break down customer experiences in different stages – from discovery, to being a first-time user, to becoming a repeat-user. These maps help us spot pain points, feelings and moments of delight that users undergo when interacting with a product or service.
User Testing
A primary role of user testing is to collect and analyze data, and then identify improvements to create a more efficient & positive end experience.

I believe user testing & validation is the center of good design. Deep understanding of end users or customers, their behaviors, pain points, and analysis fuels digital transformation.

Information Architecture

Human-centric information architecture analyses the heirarchial structure of a product, which can then determine if the site or service provides optimal flow for end users to navigate to/from, while also linking to adequate content & information without too many interuptions.
