My Process
DEFINE
Communication is key. Initially, its crucial to understand the needs of users and/or stakeholders
DESIGN
Create initial sketches and lo-fi concepts & work up to hi-fi mockups/wireframes. Iteration plays a big role.
BUILD
Based on feedback from the design & ideation phase, the next step is to create an MVP product build or prototype
TEST
User Interviews & Feedback Gathering, A/B Testing, & Analytics Analysis
